HLNAND2
MOSAID’s HLNAND™ (HyperLink NAND) is the only new Flash memory interface equipped to deal with the issue of reducing the complexity of SSD design as interconnect speeds increase, while simultaneously increasing the capacity. HLNAND is highly scalable and offers developers a simpler approach to designing a wide variety of storage applications without the scaling problems inherent with parallel busses.
HyperLink NAND is offered in two variants; HLNAND and HLNAND2. HLNAND has an 8-bit, synchronous, DDR data bus that operates on a parallel-distributed 133MHz clock to deliver up to 266MB/s throughput.
HLNAND2 also has an 8-bit, synchronous, DDR data bus but utilizes a source-synchronous clock and is, therefore, capable of operating at up to 400MHz to deliver up to 800MB/s of throughput.
